EWS Leamington is currently looking for a CNC Milling Machine Programmer/Operator who can safely and efficiently operate the Milling Machine and process to sheet specifications within the tolerance guidelines, adhering to the production specifications required.

Skills you will bring:
  • Able to safely set up Milling machine and programming using MasterCam X9 software and Manual programming
  • Capable of measuring dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measurement devices as required
  • Read work orders to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, dimensions and tolerances, proper labeling of parts, etc., and accurately complete all required functions to ensure only quality product is produced
  • Accurately document/record information: enter, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic form

General Labour Windsor, Essex & Leamington, ON

Purpose: Run a variety of Pneumatic/Electric/Hand Tools/Presses

Duties:
• Safe and efficient operation of Pneumatic/Electric/Hand tools, Saws, Drills, Grinders, Stencils and other equipment and duties as required.

Qualifications Requirements:
• Ability to read square, protractor, micrometer, vernier and caliper an asset
MUST be capable of reading a tape measure

Material Handler - Leamington, ON

EWS Leamington is currently looking for a Material Handler who can safely and efficiently send, accept and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment and stock to and from the facility.

Skills you will bring:
  • Able to read and write in English

Duties:
  • Weld quality welds in various positions (vertical, Horizontal, overhead, etc.)
  • Weld sub-assemblies and racks as per Plant Manager's instructions, referring to a sample rack as a guide
Requirements:
  • MIG weld experience an asset, training provided if necessary
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing specifications, manuals and processes an asset, training provided if necessary
  • Ability to know how to examine welds to ensure they meet customer standards and specifications an asset, training provided if necessary
  • Have experience using power tools (grinding, drills, cutting torches, plasma cutting, etc.)

Production MIG Welder Essex & Windsor, ON

Essex Weld Solutions is growing.  We are currently seeking 8 Full Time experienced Production Manual MIG Welders at both of our locations, Tecumseh and Essex.
 
Duties:
  • Weld quality welds in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead, etc.)
